Last Chance for Businesses to Renew 2020 State TPT Licenses

February 10, 2020
Category

The Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) is reminding businesses that have not renewed their 2020 Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) License to complete the licensing renewal process.

Renewals were due Jan. 1, 2020.  Prompt compliance online can save both time and money.

Businesses still owing a renewal fee should act now to avoid further penalties and delays receiving their 2020 Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) License.

Taxpayers are strongly encouraged to renew and pay online using AZTaxes.gov for faster processing. State law requires taxpayers with multiple business locations to renew their TPT licenses electronically.

If you are no longer in business, please cancel your existing TPT license through AZTaxes.gov or by returning your renewal form or cover letter marked CANCEL and provide a cancel effective date. This will ensure your account remains in good standing and avoids additional penalties and interest.

Keep your mailing addresses and account information up-to-date to ensure letters, notices and billings go to the correct address.

Please note, there is a unique address for all renewal forms, correspondence and payments:

Arizona Department of Revenue

Attn: License and Registration

PO Box 29082

Phoenix, AZ  85038-9082

Renewal forms, correspondence or payments sent to any other address will delay processing.
